So another weekend on another car.

This time it's a buddies car to do an Infinite baffle off the rear deck with a FI IB3 12".

I really like the trunk of this car. HUGE. Stock 10-11" hole in the rear deck. Large flat area behind the rear seat to seal up the trunk.

How I mounted the plywood:

Along the top of the plywood, I drill some 1/4" holes for my 1/4" bolts. Some on the sides as well and bolted to the support beams. 7/16" weather seal between the board and metal.

Excellent IB build. Question: Is the the trunk sound deadened? Is that needed for IB builds or is it a preference?

Maybe next time around I will get to cleaning up the wires a little. Maybe some wire loom should pretty it up a little. Truthfully, I was getting a bit frustrated towards the end of the night that I just wanted a working system and sacrificed some aesthetics.

For what it is, i'm liking it. It could be more musical, but something simple, getting loud and low was the goal for this install. I'm not a basshead, but I feel that it's loud enough.

2 tweet, 4 mids, and a single 12" IB'd. Everything off the PG XS6600 6 channel amp. Only one of the sub channels were used. When bridged, the sucker went to crazy.
