well...me and my buddy finally got the tv in there very!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! snug .... it was a ***** lol....Very nice unit....i love it....time to get this thang tuned..... should have a veideo up in the next week or so....SORRY FOR THE DIRTY SCREEN.....lol trying to get everything setup without useing the remote haha...i will get that cleaned up...its not the prettyest dash lol...but it does the job....

i found the problem with flip outs is that you have to put that spacer in because when it flips open it isnt perfectly vertical, almost tilted forward a few degrees due to the shape of the dash. i personally didnt mind it but got tired of people asking..."is it supposed to be like that"

just set the HPF on ur amp accordingly and u shouldnt have a problem

UPS man deleivered this to me today....

well...come to findout after i tryed to install this unit rewlized it didnt fit right....it was kinda weird to me so i decided to give Mechman call to find out what was going.....and he told me the top brackets do not line up on this type of car ...but my EA 250 amp alt did????....... but he said just use to bottom 2 bolts to bolt it up and it will hold it...i said are you sure he said yes sir it will hold it so i tryed it and it works.....

.

but this kinda seems like my last big alternator....am i suppose to see a big difference between my factory alt and upgrade alt?? b/c when my factory alt i was doing the same volts as i am not with this upgraded alt......i really do not like that i paid $400 for another alt that does the same **** thang as my factory one....reading 14.2 hot.....IDK about cold yeah ....my car was already hot when i installed it.... but i guess the upgraded one is suppose to be able to take a heavy load and keep up and factory aqlt wont correct?
