says 500 rms at 4 ohms bridged does that mean i have 500 rms to work with i know it will be not actuallly put out that im positve its overrated

i have that amp. Does that mean i have 500 rms? to work with for some comps? i hope so and when i get that answered what set of commps would work good with that amp for under 200$

it does 170wrmsx2 at 4 ohms. not sure if its overrated or not. thats alot of power for comps. just be careful with the gains.

i love the way my AQ's sound.

If you got some 2 ohm splits youd have 250x2. Most are 4 ohm & 170x2 @ 4 ohm is plenty. Check out some ID CTX65's.

These are only 110rms. Good for the money if you need 6.5's, just watch your gains.

iam running the comps in my sig on the fosgate amp bridged to 2 ch. that amp is rated at 250rmsx2 @4ohms. i set the gains correctly and have had no problems.

the good thing about to much power is you will have pleanty of headroom.
