$200 for Hertz ML2500 + box?

Some guy on my local craigslist has a Hertz ML2500 plus box for $200. I haven't seen the box yet. He should send pics soon though. Even if it is a prefab box do you think it's a good deal. He said he got it from one of the local dealers which I've visited before.

He only used it for a few days and replaced it with a W7. I just can't find any internet prices for the Hertz subs and I know ebay has some fakes on there. I can probably talk him down a little bit in price too. So, good deal or not?

**I'm also wondering about how much of an SPL and SQ upgrade it would be over my 10'' RE SE-X. But, I've been wanting to get an Icon 15'' for a good while. What is the typical resale value for the Mille's? I've seen older posts on caco and diyma for these selling for quite a bit more. The dude said he bought it for $300 including box and that dealer is pretty high in retail prices, but I doubt they would sell fakes.
