Id defientely be going for reinbursement on this hackjob. Not in the form of them fixing it, but just getting money back and doing it right yourself or whatever. That wiring was HORRIBLE, and that MLA wiring, disgusting. RCA's...

You should break down a bill of what they said they were putting in your car and what they actually did, and beat them over the head for some coin back
