2 sundown x15s build need some port advice.

Ok so sundown suggested 7 cubes after displacement and 100sqr inches of port tuned to 30hz.

My box is gonna be 40 wide x 20high x 22 deep and the port will be center slot port 18.5high x 5.5 wide and needs to be 32.5 long.

So my question is. Since the depth of my box is only 22 and i need 32.5 in length do i just L both sides of the port and split the diff?

As in 16.5 in port length the 8 inches on each L? That would give me 32.5 ttl. Is this correct?

And also...anyone wanna chime in about cubes? The guy from sundown says 3.5 each but that is the minimum suggested so i would think 4 each would be better?

Yeah by buying those subs, I guess you aren't chasing numbers and all about low end response. So give em 4cubes each and let it wang

as far as your box, yeah 16.5" deep, then each "L" is 8 inches long

Ok built it at 7.8cubes after displacement tuned to 32hz 101 inches port area....only puttin 1200 to each right now and gettin a nice hair trick. Cant wait to drop some real power to em!
