2 subs with 2 amps help

I have 2 12" RE SX subs. I have 1 in my car right now and i'm gonna be building a box to hold 2 of them soon.

I have the 1 running off a Hifonics 1206D, and I just purchased a 1205D(pretty much the same thing) to run the other sub. How should I go about wiring these? With the RCA's and such. I know how i'm going to do the power, but i'm confused with the RCA's.

i had two L5's and two alpine m650's. just run 1 rca cable back to the amps just like before, and put left plug in one and and right plug in the other amp, if you try to run a seperate rca to each sub the subs normally wont hit in the right sequence, not to mention the fact most decks dont have two sub outputs.

Okay I got the RCA thing figured out. I plugged everything in and my subs weren't working.

When doing 2 subs with 2 amps, is there any different wiring you have to do for the subs?

I had 1 sub running for like 3 months, so I just wired the other sub the same exact way that one was wired.
