I have a kicker 750 watt at 2 ohms mono channel amp and 2 kicker 12" l5 subs. well recently i was having trouble with my amp and figured it was the ground. i fixed that but in the process of fixing it, i tried many different things. one thing i did was disconnect one of my subs so right now only one sub is hooked up. when both were hooked up it was at 2 ohms giving each sub 375 watts. well since i disconnected one sub its running in 4 ohms giving just the one connected sub 375 watts. my question is, is it alrite to connect my other sub again which will run the amp in 2 ohms giving each sub 375 watts?

why would it not be alright?
i hope you have seperate chambers for your subs!
you mean as in two different boxes? becuz i have my subs in one dual box? but im guessing its alrite so i'll be havin them both hooked up later today.

The power is a little too low for any ill effects to happen....I would be worried if he was running more power...Hook the oher one up dude..unless you have it wired wrong the amp should be fine. The problem may have been gains in the first place...
