RE SE vs. Soundsplinter Rl-p

Between these two subs, which one will have the ability to get louder in a sealed box? Which one will have better SQ sealed? Trying to decide between the two.. It might also help that the RL-p is ~260 shipped and the the SE is ~180 shipped new.

never heard the SE, but I just put my rl-p in a sealed box from ported,and **** it sounds good,not as loud,but good...............

I'd imagine the Rl-P would win in almost every aspect...actually all aspects.
