2 Subs 2 Amps

I have Two Subs kenwood kfc xw 1222d 2x2 ohm dual coil
Two Amps Rodek R2180A 2 channel.
I can use the amp with one coil on each channel. 2 ohm load
Or bridged with the two coils is series on a 4 ohm load.
What is Better?
I have the two subs in one box. Is it better to make a wall in the box between the two subs?

Get a mono-block and keep them running at 2 ohms in one ported box will end up sounding better and more power at 2 ohms.

You can do this or get two smaller mono blocks that can be strapped together, and then run 2 amps strapped at 2 ohms, which is effectively 1 ohm per amp.

A class D amp powers subs better than most AB 2 channels.

I would also agree that you buy a class D monobloc to run them mate, its much neater and the amp runs more cooler and generates gobs of power!
