I have a '92 S10 blazer and I'll be running an AQ3500.1 & an AQ90.4. I have a grp 32 yellowtop under the hood & 2 big C&D batts in the back. The stock alt is 90 or 100amps at most. I have a 2nd stock alt just sitting around. It'll bolt right up in the factory A/C bracket. Just wondering if that would be OK/enough? The "big 3" is done with 0/1, and 2 runs of 0/1 (1+/1-) from the front batt to the back.

I only ask because the extra alt is something I have laying around doing nothing. If I can use it rather than buying a HO alt, i'd be good with that, lol. Thx for the input.

Naw, I wouldn't go that way.

You could pick up a AD244 alt from a full size and try that for a short time and that should help out overall, but you will more then likely end up needing something bigger.

That is the perfect spot to do that. OEM sub may interfere with the new one and cause cancellation.
