get the amp.... you could use ift for something u cant really even use the subs.... but at the same time the subs pump a little 500rms total... isnt that bad my friend runs around 250 rms and it bumps.... not as much as mine but it bumps........... and the sont subs arent that..... that bad my friend has a sony and a pioneer in a bandpass box running off a kenwood hu and kenwood 350 watt amp some of the best sqive hear its up to u

the 760 amps are not that bad they pound thru ok with subs dunno bout speakerz tho

Whatever you do, DO NOT GET ANY AMPLIFIER FROM SONY. I had the 760W 1502sx, and it wasnt even worth the cardboard box they shipped it in. It fried the first time in about a month, sent it back to sony to fix it, got it back 3 WEEKS LATER, hooked it up, and NOTHING. Sent it back again, another 2 weeks went by before I got the amp back and the amp fried again 2 weeks later. I ended up throwing it out my window because it didnt work and sony wouldnt take it back or exchange it. Sony has horrible car audio products, Stay as far away from them as possible. You will have nothing but problems with that amp or any one like it from sony.
