replacing my 12" mx that was taking a little over 1000 watts.

im replacing them with 2 se's that will take bout 500 watts each. in total itl be about the same watts, but im a little worried that the ses wont push as loud as the mx.

am i wrong or what. usually 2 10s would be louder than 1 12 but the mx is a pretty big sub with some big xmax

the se's should be going in this weekend.

plans were orignally for 34 hz. then the **** heads at home depot decided to cut my wood wrong. maybe i was d the dumb **** for letting them cut my wood to begin with.
not understanding how that jumped your tuning up THAT high.. how bad did they cut it..

the ses will probably be louder sound wise spl Idk since you had a fart box or atleast whats considered one.. so numbers wise it might be close sound wise I think the ses will have it if you get that bp tuned right

they cut it about 2 inches short, so then i had to change every piece 2 inches shorter or whatever length would adjust to the pieces that got ****ed up. in the end idk what my box is even tuned too. a couple people told me low 40hz but idk for sure.

box is 30 l x 14 h x 20 d

well im hoping for same loudness if not louder, ses are more sq than an mx so im expecting more sq than the mx, the bp migh change that though.

500w a peace WTF Ive fed my se's 800w and they still beg for more.PUSSY
hmm interesting. thats cool. if your not bullshiting and if they actually took the 800 daily, then i guess that just means i can feed them more if want or that i shouldnt blow them..but idk if 800 on each ten sounds right.

videos?

its all in the install... mostly in the box
the box was designed by mobeous, so im assuming its good work design

yeah, 800w...in 0.5 cubes ported and never playing a note below 40 hz

Look at my sig the amp is a pa a3000db witch puts out 1750 at 2 ohms. the subs are D2 so wired in parallel that's a 2 ohm load. And i set the amp at 60 volts ac . so if you do the math that's 1600w across the 2

correction 2x d2 subs wired parallel = .5 ohms

now if the subs where wired in parallel then in series you would get a 2 ohm load...

just felt like being a smartass //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
