2 Runs 1/0 2 Batterys

Heres my question today. i have 2 runs of 1/0 power going to each of the batteries and it i were to jus run lets say my 3kd off one battery and my alpine v12,(4channel) off the other. would they get equal draws or would i have to link the batteries?

series that batt's, and run both amps off of one.. either or is fine tho.

thats what i was thinking but it woulda been easier the other way.
