Item(s) for Sale:

2 RE XXX Subs 12" Only Used for 1 1/2 Months

Item(s) Description/Condition:

For all you SQL nutz out there, here are 2 of the car Audio Industry's best SQL Subwoofers.

with 54mm of xmax, 2000 watts of rated power, you will need at least 2500 watts on each sub though, and your power must be true clean power, any type of clipping will burn these subs up quick. I personally think these subs ****, but hey, I'm an SPL nut, but I'm a fan of the old RE XXX because they were more versitile, and did a much better job at higher frequencies, as well as the low, lows. But, I can insure you this, if pure SQL is what you're looking for, then these are the woofers for you.

Price:

750 shipped (the price is for both woofers)

Shipping and Miscellaneous Item Information:

I will ship immediately following payment, no slacking, the same day if early enough. These are the same 2 I had posted before, but the buyer never showed up for the local pick up. However, I will take 700 picked up

Item Pictures:

(List pictures in this section, 1st picture should be your username/date if you have less than 10 positive feedbacks with the i-Trader system or less than 10 references that you have sold to in the past. (These must be listed in your signature, or a link provided to a feedback thread listing these references)).

But while we're at it, I'll at least say that subwoofers don't magically "unlock" a special power at a certain power. They may put out the largest numbers at a certain wattage without blowing up, but it would be more relevant to say "this sub will safely handle 2500rms" than "this sub performs best at 2500 watts". Just being a Technical Terry, that's all //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Good price, and GLWS!

I'm being technical to, I've seen them run at rated power, and at 2500, actually about 2730 each on 2 orion hcca2500, it' sounded 100% better at that power, than when I seen them run on 4000 watts on 2 of them. I know theirs alot that ties into that, the 2 different types of amp, and other electrical aspects. But both vehicles I'm talking about were running true power, and they were very compaible in amplifiers if you take a sec and research each amp that was used, one had a SAZ3500, and the other had 2 orion HCCA2500's, look, when I type they perform best at 2500 watts each, their is a lot more that ties into that, I don't feel a need to get into so many technical details, this isn't a discussion forum, if you need me to get technical, go start a RE XXX performs best at 2500 watts discussion forum, and I'll be more than glad to break down why I stated that. Its a sight seen, hands on experience. I am an RE dealer at my store, and I deal with quite a few of these, hell, I dont care what power you put to them if other aspects of your build isn't right they're going to perform ****** anyway. They perform best at 2500 watts, and being the Industry's #1 SQL woofer, are selling quotes, sizzling the item. I put it there because they are not lies. But I could take you to a vehicle that has the proper enclosure, 2.25" faceplate, well tuned to specs, nicly sealed off in the trunk, and has 1000 watts going to each sub, and it blow away some one who has 5000 watts running to 2 of them in a pre-fabbed box, ****** head unit, wal-mart rca's. but this is all unessissary, the buyer or trader can do there own build, y'all need to get a grip, thier is nothing you're schooling me on, I'm just trying to sell or trade some equipment, if you need more technical details, PM me, and I'll give you my number, and we can get as technical as you need to get, if you're interested in these woofer, but I dont even remotely have the time to do it if it's just to argue points, I'm busi *** hell, I have a car audio & accessories shop to run, and I'm getting my vehicle ready for sunday's competition. I'm looking to do a 150 out of my trunk, with my woofers facing the rear, in a custom built enclosure that I built, I do also build boxes, but I am looking to be one of the only people out there to clear 150 with a traditional subs in a trunk box set up this sunday, I will place my results on a discussion forum, sorry for the off topic end of this

those woofers are insane,,,,,,,the most intense bass I ever heard came from a pair of

them in the back of a Yukon...dont get much better IMO

I totally agree, if you are an sql lover these woofer are fantastic, I really have never heard a woofer in production today hit low as clean as these woofers, and I deal with all kinds of woofers daily

PM me what you have, but I will only consider a trade that is equal in value to the woofer, not the price I'm selling them for, I hope everyone understands that.

I will do 650 shipped on these 2 subs, I can not do 600 shipped. I really don't wanna do 650 shipped because of the loss at that price, but if someone want's them in their vehicle for an excellent sql system and will do something with them, I am willing to let them go at this low price of 650. that is basically me selling them for 275 per sub, because it will cost at least 80-100 to ship them. that is half the price that these cost on the cheapest online dealers price. these woofers were only played for a couple of weeks, they are in mint condition, 100% operation, 9.5/10 cosmetically. The reason for this post is because I have had a few offers for 600 shipped. However I am open to trades, but for a trade, it must be even in value, and not the price I'm selling them for which is well below value. I am interested in amps that do 4000 watts at 1 ohm, and I know what amps do, I will know if your 3500 watt amp really does over 4000, amps like AQ3500 (new model), SAZ3500, etc. looking for an saz3500, anyone willing to trade one of those I have a lot to offer, as in different equipment, not everything I own for one, lol

Well from hands on experience, and I have installed quite a few of these throughout my career, these subs don't beat with any less power. Everytime I've ever installed these woofers in a custom built box and I have applied 2500 watts to them they performed magnificantly. The difference between 1500 watts and 2500 watts on this particular sub is xmax, which is 54mm (along with other aspects,) and without enough power to get them to reach xmax (or even get close) you will not get the best results from them. 2000 watts just does not get it done, 2500 watts really doesn't either, I would have liked to have said 3500 watts, but in the wrong persons hands, this sub will burn right up, so I stated 2500 watts b ecause this sub does perform a lot better at 2500 watts than rated power. If you don't run enough power to this subwoofer it will not have any impact behind the bass, expecially at higher frequencies, so on that note, if you run these subs at rated power, in the correct applicatioin, then increase your power by at least 500 watts each, in the same application, to some it will seem like they just unlocked some magical power
