I am a newbie when it comes to this so if I went with the 4 channel, do I need to run two sets of RCA cables from the Headunit to the amp? I have 2 sets of outs and 1 is already going to an older Pioneer amp and pair of 10" Kickers.

I didn't look at the links but if they are the same amps just 2 and 4 channel I'd take the 4 and bridge it. You should get more power and it gives you more flexibility later on.

No question. 4 channel wins. if in fact the 4 channel does not push how u want it to u can always bridge it.
