Memphis will fix the amps. I bought a blown MCA5004, called Memphis and explained that I bought it 2nd hand, that it was blown with no indication as to what was wrong. The guy said that they charge a flat fee for all of their 4 channel amps, and offered to transfer me, so that I could give them my info and make arrangements to send it in. Whether the "Warranty Void" seals were still in place or not never came up.....
