2 identical cars, 1 year apart, changing chassis

ok, so I have 2 cars and I want to put the chassis from one car onto the other. they are different years, but there are no differences.

Which title do I need to use? the one from the donor car?

im taking the donor cars body, so I guess I would be using that title since the vin number is on the dash? thanks

To save you the most headaches do the swap look through your windshield and use the vin that is there.
