It depends entirely on the enclosures that you choose to run and the vehicle it's going in. There is no way to say what will be louder. Also, the frequency response will be drastically different depending on the specs of the enclosures you build.

it is going in an s-10

the 12s are tuned to 33

the 15's would be sealed

We dont recommend using the BL's in a sealed enclosure...

If you are looking for a pair of 15's for sealed use look into the Q series.
