2 different subs, same rms. Which is louder?

O that's cool, just something I want to know, cause I see people with subs way overrated for the amp and they say it's better than the previous lower rms model of sub.

I'm matching the rms of the DR I just ordered today.

Probably a barely audible difference. The one with the lower power handling will probably move more, displacing more air. But again, it would probably be hard to notice on music.

as said alot comes into play. box eff and sub eff. most good 600rms subs are underated and at rated power you arent using them to the fullest. this is done to protect a company from inexperienced installers...
