2 channel amp help wiring.

i have a two channel rockford p550.2 and a dual ohm 12"type r.

i'm confused on how to connect the wires on the sub to the amp. i wanna bridge them but i'm not sure how to.

the instuctions say that the first one is 1 ohm and the second pic is 4 ohms. do i use the first pic?
