2 ch amp pumping a sub from each channel??

If I got the XA4000 from eclipse (which does 350x2 @ 4 ohm bridged) can I run a 12" eclipse alum dual 4 ohm VC sub off it using each bridged channel to power a seperate voice coil? Will it still see a 4 ohm load out of the amp? Any reason this is not recommended? Its just temporary until a new amp can get funded (but the ****** comes first) ... thanks guys!

That will work each bridged channel will see a 4 ohm load....

Amp will see a 2 ohm load if using that driver.

Bridging the amp will make it essentialy (sp?) a 2 channel amp and with a dual 4 ohm vc each channel will see a 4 ohm load.

It will work just fine.

Your thinking if he wires it together, he means wiring each bridge channel to each voice coil. So each coil will be seeing a 4ohm load from the amp (xxxrms x2 @4 ohms) .
