2 bridge channels in stereo??

As long as your amp is bridgeable, then you should be able to bridge the left channels (front/rear) and right channels (front/rear) in order to get bridged stereo output. It worked on my Orion 4004.

The question is confusing. Connect the 4" to the radio and use the rear amp channels for the sub. If the sub is DVC you can also use it in stereo...

I would try a pair of Bass Blockers on the rear speakers. I always place them on Coax. speakers generally, Should help quite a bit I like PAC ones...
