2 Box builds for local customer

Had two boxes i was planning on doing today, got a little too drunk last night so i didnt get started till like 3 so i did not get as much done as i would like

first one is a 1.95 before placement box for a 12w3 tuned to 32hz

All the wood cut, ports rounded and endcaps rabbeted

Got some of it put together but ran outa light

Other box im working on, 4.25 cubes before displacment for a 15XXX only got the double baffle and other pieces cut

im going to finish at least one of them tomorrow

All assembled except for the top, thats glue over all the joints

Baffle is on

port cut, i love my flushtrim

Somehow the top baffle was about about 1/64 of an inch, some people might have just said fvck it but not i, i use a bosch planer, the wood clamped on the side is so when the planer comes to the end it does not take chunks out of the edge of the wood

Now i gotta go find bedliner for the XXX box as it going in a truck bed with a blowthrough for a stealth look

yea makes carpeting tons easier than the seaming method and i think looks nicer

Fierce, I don't mean to bother you, but what's the rule for the winding port like that?

Is the end the same size as the port?

Is it like that? Of course not including the width of the wood. (and of course I'd put 45 degree angles on the corners)

Yeah, I know that. Still trying to get this whole 'port thing' down to a science.

I've been making Programs to do the math for me.

Next I need flared port, kerfed corners, then the hardest: T-Lines and Horns.

and done, i was going to bedliner it, thats what the stain looking stuff is but the guy brought me the wrong stuff so he said hed finish it at another date. I doubt it but whatever

why did you put the ports so close to the sub cutout? better for the air movement or something?
