these subs are crazy, you do need atleast 2k to get them GOING though. i had a 15 on 3k daily and it never had a problem.

so that the cone either faces upward or downward only.

lol me too! a 145 is possible with a single though! 5.75-6cubes @ resonance of vehicle + ~7000 watts. The reps say 148 was the max output per pair.

Remember folks, this is without any prior break-in!

These parameters are from the sub i spec'd. Which is one of these drivers, Orions (Directed's) specs are way off on these in quite a few areas, I tested the old ones broken in and the only real difference was a slight drop in FS, they ended up resting at 38ish Hz and the Vas climbed a lil so the sensitivity stayed pretty much the same. 83.23dB on the old ones, 1w/1m. The BL on these is higher than the older models had. The olders were 22TM in series.
