the Orions will kill them with power handling and durability //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
How will these kill BTLs w/ power handling and durability?? Are u just stating this because of dislike for FI or do u actually have something to compare this too. Also how can u say they have better durability when the new HCCA has only been out for like a year or so.

There are a number of ppl that are running 4k daily to BTLs without any issues. I have a teammate that has 2 AB VFL400.1s on 2 12" BTLs(fully loaded, old model). He's had tht kind of power on them for nearly 2 years now without any issues.

Lol, I know these woofers, truely have not seen power (other than me pulling TSP's from one.) Didn't know he got rid of the other pair. and the score was actually 151.7dB @ 35Hz Headrest/Termlab. 11.25 Cubes Net. port and tuning must remain a secret... lol. Anyway, they're great woofers to have such low "No" Can run in as small as 2 cubes vented for daily with surprisingly flat response. Would be glad to model a box and give actual freq response plot if anyone's interested. I'm the homie who built he enclosure that let these do the 151.7dB. The Directed Audio rep said these wouldn't break a 148, lol. Darn companies... thinking they know the potential of their products. With a 30% allowance in deviation of TSP's how could they know! Dang amateurs!!!

Don't know why it did the multiple post thing there? Sorry guys. As for the BTL killer remark, lol, these would take 30 secs of 7200 watts per sub with little complaint, over and over and over and just when yo think they are about to give up the ghost, you gain .2dB, lol.

what kind of watts do people really run to these?? ive read they ndont do rated...please pm me...these things are sexy
These will do way more than rated if the power is clean, undistorted, no square wave! They would take 4K each daily easy if in a decent box with proper tuning and filters.

sorry man,i hate FI.
these belong to a teamate.hes in need of an AB 1000.1 (cash from him) or maybe a v2 niteshade 18.

i would trade one for a planet audio RXB2400 and just pay him for it.

TTT
Now john, be fair... if you hate Fi you have to hate Ascendant as well, that being said you might as well say you hate anything Flux Tech makes! lol
