Will not gain anything from doing this. 2ohm bridged or 2 channels@ 1ohm...

What do you mean. And also I was not the only one who suggested it. Also there are a few threads about the ap amp at 1 ohm with low voltage not doing so well. So yes it would help running the amp that way. And yes it you would gain somthin running them this way. Run it that way for daily use and then switch it up for comps.

OP is this for ONE sub or two. All that power for a single APX is not going to be good for daily use. Comps yes.

Also what kindof eletrical do you have to back up the amps. If you want to run them at 1 ohm you better have somthin good to back them up.

You should find another one of them. Run it strapped for comps.
