2 Amps or 1 Amp: Stealtbox & Components

HELP!!!

I have a '03 4Runner and just got a JL Stealthbox. When I install this, I would also like to get some new speakers in the doors (6.5 components in the front and 6.5 coxials in the rear).

So here is my question, can I get one amp for the componentes and the Stealthbox and run the coxials off the headunit or do I need to get two amps (one for the componets and one for the sub)?

I was looking at JL 300/4, would that work for the one amp set up or are there better options out there.

Thanks.

depends on what kind of price rance we are talking, I like to use 2 amps. Basically what your wanting to do is bridge channel 3/4 to the box and use channels 1/2 to power your comp set, it should work, but can you tell us the rms on the box and the comps to better help you

The sub in the Stealthbox is 300rms and I haven't finalized the components yet (looking at CDT, Alpine and JL), but I would assume around 75-100rms.

I guess I would like to stick to one amp, but could do two if it came down to it.
