I thought I read somewhere that the maxxlink wouldn't work since that amp is a 2ch. amp and is already "strapped" inside the case?

maxxsonics makes the maxxlink for just this reason

you'll be fine running the two amps

it has to do with changing the input signal to the amps and matching them, it'll work on ANY amp pretty much.

FYI Guys: I talked to Mike Stiers (from Maxxsonics) today, and he stressed that the mm4000's are NOT, repeat NOT strappable in any way, shape, or form, even with the maxx-link. He said it's just not gonna work.

He also offered his two cents regarding me possibly using the mm2000 in conjunction with the 4000. He said it wasn't a bad idea,

it's just that it would be very tedious and time-consuming getting the gains matched perfectly.

I'm still gonna take the advice of the board here though and just look for another solution. Thx guys...
