2 - AB XFL 15's Enclosure

This is one of my personal boxes I still have that I built over a year ago.

It has so many kerf cuts I can't count them...end result was a kerf without very noticeable lines on the outside....glued and bondoed only..no resin.

Beat on this box for like 6 months and the structural integrity was fine.

I'm about to sand this thing up and give somebody a helluva deal on a well built box.

Nice work as always in my experiences the number of cuts varies for the kerf depending on how tight the curve is or how large it is but I know you don't need me to tell you that since all your work is top shelf.

I was not trying to be a kerf NAZI or a peanut gallery... unfortunate others take it that way. Like i said it looks great man just i have my preferences as do you //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif i wont post any constructive criticism in the future on your builds any longer sir. cant wait to see the outcome

Don and I were only trying to give some friendly advice as fellow box builders who respect your work and we were genuinely trying to give tips to make your box building easier when it comes to kerfing. I've picked up tips from looking at some of your box builds on here and I was only trying to reciprocate the favor.

10-11 cuts is all that is needed with a standard kerf blade. 14 cuts will be called for when using a thin kerf blade.

As far as bondo for smoothing the kerf lines, it is not needed. I showed Don that some time ago.
