(2) 9kv2 subs on what amp?

I should be getting a pair of these 9kv2 subs from khail shortly and was wondering what amp would run these properly. I am really not sure how to wire these things or what ohm load I will get, Im guessing wiring them parallel will get a 4ohm load? Anyways what amp would you guys run these with? I have been looking into some Orion amps, the PG X400.1, and memphis mono amps. Which would you choose, or if its an alternate amp let me know!

something w/600 watts on it. give the subs 300 watts a piece in a ported box tuned 33Hz
