2-4 ohm stable amp to 1 ohm speakers? Static noises?

I have a dodge with the Infinity Crap sound system. I went to install my Kenwood head unit and I ran all new wires to my door speakers which are the infinity stock 1 ohm....

I have a 250/1 JL powering my sub which worked as planned.....this weekend I tried installing the factory door speakers to a JL e4300 4 channel amp. when I hooked the speakers up I got no volume until about 33/35 on my kenwood....then when I started hearing the some music I had an overwhelming amount of static and screehing...the car was off so I know it's not the alternator... Also when I took the Key out/off the speakers still screeched for about another 10 seconds or so...

My set-up one 2awg power wirefrom battery into a disribution block which breaks off to the 2 amps.... both grounds in the same ground location....both amps using the same remote wire....

What would cause this? Could it be from the factory infinity speakers are 1 ohm and the amp is a 2 ohm stable? I will be buying new MB quart components for front and rear but I wanted to know what my problem is before buying them and installing them? Any help? Thanks
