That wasn't a set price. It was a lower price that was to make the sale more enticing. The fact someone didnt buy them doesn't mean noose wanted them. It means noone had the money at that time, possibly not in need of the amp, or as I personally know of asked if I would HOLD them on a dowbpayment which I stated no.
