2, 2 ohm 12" Kicker L7's

what amp can i use to power both L7's with about 1000 watts to each sub, both L7's are 2 ohms, and i'm not good with understanding the whiring and bridging and etc.

what amp can i use though? i want hifonics because it's cheap and a good amp, but i'm open for all suggestions, thanks!

Hifonics sucks unless you go with a Herc or a BXi2006i might not be too bad...I would look at the USAmps MD2D wired to .5 ohms...it would be 1800-2100 watts total

im in the exact same situation looking for an amp..would that MD2D be stable at .5 ohms daily without too much draw from a stock electrical system?

Dude, google it. You keep asking the same question over and over. You can't bridge a mono amp.

i didn't mean to say bridging, i just meant that i don't understand when it comes to having 2, 2 ohm subs, and how it would be wired to the amp and what amount of watts the amp would put to the subs and at which ohm.

like my hifonics bx1205d amp puts 900 watts into my single L7 right now, it has 2 positive, and 2 negative connecting terminals to wire to the sub, since i'm only using one of each, would i be able to use the other negative and positive and wire them to another sub, and still put out another 900 watts at 2 ohms to that sub.

does anyone know what i'm talking about?

no the two terminals just allow for easier wiring for two subs... you are still splitting the 900 watts if you use two subs

so i'm basicly wanting to look for an amp that has around 1800 - 2000 watts at 2 ohms? then split it with 2 subs, and i get 900 watts each sub?

if you have two Dual voice coil 2 ohm, and want that kind of power, look for a Kicker KX2500.1 or Kicker ZX2500.1

Just buy an amp that does that kind of power at 2 Ohms.
