2 - 15" or 4-12" ??

BTW. Just putting the small sealed box in the cab with the box in there will give you flawed results because once you build the box in the car everything will change..
Its a good starting point and thats why adjustable ports were recommended to get that sweetspot. In other news, I'm very happy to see you going into detail for once!

If you really want to know i bet i could guess within 2hz or his res if he tells me how hes gonna do it.. but its almost easier to just put the box in cover the box with a thin peace of temp wood(the woofer holes) and then do a 1.5 ft sealed boxx plot hte output inside and out side find the loudest on in both in and outside and then tune about 5hz lower than that.. but for daily Id suggest tuning around 36-38 and getting the phaseing correct so it is actually loud ot the ear not the meter.. my last wall only did 1db higher on the dash sealed up than at the head rest with the windowns down. like i normally drive it.

Thanks for that, Makes more sense to build the wall, seal it up, test and port tune afterwards! I agree with that tuning too for daily music unless he wants a lot of 27hz and under which i'm pretty sure he's not at this point.

Usually I recommend putting the port in the middle but I think port on the drivers side and port on the passengers side is better.
truly thanks for the help. you and jeff are great guys....

and yes need help..

i was thinking middle as i want it to sound the same from both seats. but...

First you gotta decide what sub setup your gonna do.Your gonna do 4 12s? How much powa u have? Where are you going to place it in the cab. Ie how far for the dash. How much depth you have etc..
if i can fit 6 ill do 6.

if not ill do 4.

power... well i have a ba7000 and like it. so for now it will be just 1 amp.

but plan is, if i do 4 ill do 2 of them amps.

if i do 6 i may do 3 amps.

2 subs per amp.

and if i change it up with different amps, ill stick with about 2k amps.

if i could aford 1 big amp i would but cant. so it will be 1 amp at a time.

how far from dash. ill wall it right behind seats. b- pillar. so its about 3-1/2' to 4' .

i have about 4ft from seats to tailgate. well maybe 4-6" left at gate.

i like the lows but im sure i cant have both.

so i want hurt..lol

tomorrow ill get exact measurements. but what i posted it dam close.

main thing i want to measure is were the baffle will be. to see if i can fit 6 or only 4.
