2 15" Fi BTL in 01 Civic?

If your not planning on walling it off i would say 2 12's. You might be able to build the enclosure in your trunk and squeeze out enough area for it.. but i think the 12's in a box thats the correct size for them would be a better idea. trust me i have an Intega Sedan and want 2 15's but there is no way to fit them unless i loose my back seats

I went from 1 15 to 2 12's in my 00 civic. and I had to build the box in my trunk in order to fit 2 12's with enough volume in it. I like the 2 12's a lot better than the 1 15. 2 12's should be louder than 1 15. Just make sure when you build the box that it will fit in your trunk. Do a test box first.

Just depends on your set up. Both get loud but i prefer very high power on a single sub setup. That's just me. 2 12's will get louder given the correct power and right enclosure. The install is important to achieve what your looking for.

well i def would NOT be able to build the enclosure in my trunk i need something that can be removed fairly easy. so i guess 2 12s it is would i need to do any major electrical upgrades...?

What type of power are you running? Are you going to run atleast 4000 watts?? If not just get the BL's

I have a 02 civic and I don't think you will be able to fit 2 ported 15's, maybe 2 ported 12's, but you won't have any trunk space left, and the trunk opening is so small, it's hard to get any decent sized box in there. I'm running all my stuff on a 4 gauge power wire from a yellow top battery, with everything else stock electrical and don't have any issues.

you can do 2 15" btl's as long as you can get 6-7 cu. ft. NET. plenty of people on here run them in 3-3.5cu. ft each
