is it me or is the left sub's surround going to smash into the little ledge sticking out there, it looks like it is pushing on it right now.
i agree, however he claims it doesnt. im assuming its just the camera angle.is it me or is the left sub's surround going to smash into the little ledge sticking out there, it looks like it is pushing on it right now.
im running stock HU with a stinger LOC in the back.im willing to bet you dont have 8V preouts. so that gain setting seems pretty low. what HU you running?
even with my 8v preout HU the gain is up more than that...now you cant just use that as the end all, but like i said im willing to bet youve got quite a ways to go with the gain. and no dimming currently?
i dont think you or that guy that complimented your system know what your in for...
bring a pair of clean shorts with you for the first time you really turn it up //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

although i will agree that they need to go up...a definate figure such as "3/4", i dont think is a good idea.just turn the gains up, u can put them safely over 3/4 of the way up //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

i wouldnt be surprised if he could bring them that high, but i think a dmm is in order since i doubt you got an oscope. you can always set gains by ear, but i have always had trouble doing them like that once you get passed a certain volume. then its just impossible for me to differentiate a light clip from regular music. i would need a severe clip to notice it at all.
