2 12's and amp questions

I have 2 12in mtx square ts55 in the meantime as I am building a box for my 18 can I run the audio pipe 3000d on it it is already wire to 2ohms I no these subs are only 600rms a piece but if I only turn the bass knob 1/4 and gains down and bass boost of and deck bass on 0 will that be fine

Keep gains down and be sure you are not clipping them and you should be good to go.
