It's been a few weeks but I promised to leave a review. FYI this is my first sound system and my first custom box...
The customer service was great. He sends the design before you pay anything, so you know exactly what you will get once you make the payment. He was also very up to date with the build and I received pictures via text quite a few times throughout the build.
Packing quality was great and the box arrived on time. It was wrapped with a custom built styrofoam box and arrived in great shape.
Build quality is fantastic. I asked him for a RF logo and it looks so good, I was actually surprised on how good it looks. The craftsmanship is astounding.
Sound is also something that I really like. I previously had my subs in a pre-fab sealed box and now in this custom box. The spl increase is very, very noticeable haha. I can't even handle it sometimes and the sq is about the same as the sealed box.
