In very good condition; the 09 i got brand new in october 09; the 06 is in good shape i have no idea the history of it though; got it used. I like these subs but im going to a sq setup and these just wont do. I have a box for them; box isnt in that great of shape; there are 2 holes in the back from whoever had it b4 me(**** prefabs) box can be included just im not paying the shipping 4 it
