I don't know about the '07 models but I've heard the '05 and I guess I would call them SQLish. They sounded alright, got kinda loud. Now that I think about it I believe they were sealed. Maybe ported would have done them more justice.

Personally I only like 10's. 12's are nice but I like sharper hits. I listen to more rock then rap and R&B so 10's in a smaller sealed box (min mfg box size) work out nicely. They sounded nice when I heard them in the store and all my research shows they are not the best SQ or SPL sub but are right in the middle. Plus I just could not pass up the buy one get one free deal that was going on last week.
