Ok to clarify the subject.
I have two sony Xplod 12" subs (4ohm)
1x 4x80wrms, 2x200wrms amp (sony xm-754)
1x 2x150wrms, 1x 370wrms amp (sony xm-1502 i think).
Im still waiting for some components to arrive so i've been running the 4 channel amp bridged to run the 2 subs (200wrms).
Now i thought i better fire up the other amp and sort out how i will run them when i use the 4 channel on components.
Unfortunetely my s*** amp only runs at 4ohm when bridged. So i was just going to run them in stereo. When i tested it, it sounded fine, but then i thought i'd try 1x sub when bridged (370wrms). This actually sounded louded and better than the 2x subs in stereo... whats the go here guys?
Am i better to sell my subs and get one GOOD 12 or 15"? Or am i dreaming and should just run both of them in stereo.....
I also thought maybe i should run the sub off the 4 channel (both sides bridged) and then just run a set of components off the 2 channel?
I dont really wanna sell the amps cos they are both exactly the same and look cool //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
Any suggestions? Should i just go buy some low power DVC subs so i can run the amp bridged with the subs in parallel?
