1st time box build *need tips*

i am using one of the free box plans from the thread that is stickied.... its 2 @ 34hz

a stereo integrity bm 12" will be resting in this

i work at a sign shop and i get to have all my parts cnc routed for free... but i was about to run to home depot but had a few questions:

1. whats the best glue/adhesive to use along all the joints

2. whats are the best screws to use, i also assume pre drill everything? if so what size?

I LIKE tit bond brand glue and just use course wood screws and I think I use the #2 size predrill

ok! id rather go wider, want this to fit between wheel wells on a mazda 3 4 door.

34 hz tune, 12" stereo integrity bm, have up to 39" wide; 16" tall.
