The basic tools I am using paslode finish nail gun 1/16 drill bit gorilla woodworking glue .This is a fast setting glue and very strong I will have to come back later . I'm have trouble with photobucket

I Located where i was going to brace ( 1 1/4 dowell rod) I drilled 1/16 bit thru both panels. Now , I know where to use 1 1/4 forstner drill bit I then counter sinked 1/4",, 1 1/4 hole diameter hole in front and back panels . The holes should be perfect in line for assmble I also did the same for the top panel and bottm panel
