thatw as a seatbelt bolt? you ever manage to get it out? all the oens in cars i have messed with so far have been on rock solid and had to use my impact gun to get em off. good luck with the vice grips

No, I never got it out. I just worked around it...made everything take longer but I'd rather keep it safe than drill it out and tap a new hole.
