1997 eclipse elec system

i got a buddy that needs a bigger alt for a 1997 eclipse hatch, non turbo (noteven sure if they came turbo that year) 2.0l 4cyl i looked around a little bit and got some pretty high prices, anyone know a good place for that car?

Yes, Eclipse's came Turbo on every year up to 99, 2000 + are nonturbo's. Tell you friend to try http://www.2gnt.com, it is a forum specifically for nonturbo 2g (95-99) eclipses. Good luck!
