1997 Camry 2.2liter 4banger Alternator Upgrade

Hey right now I have a stock alt, I'm lookin to upgrade it since the factory specs say its like 90A and its not really enough for what I'm trying to do. Anyone recommend where to get a new alt for it? I've looked around a bit but haven't found much for the camry alternator wise... any pointers?

Also, upgrading the alt I have one concern in mind and that is how much it will put out at idle. I'd really rather not have a dramatic change or audible change between when I'm driving and pull up to an intersection and start rolling again.

Please don't turn this into a "oh you don't need to upgrade your alt just do the big three" thread, I need powerZ!

they have a 180 amp for you. my 97 es300 uses the same alt as your car. this is also the only hi amp alt. sold for my as well as your car under like 400 bucks. and even though the seller looks pretty cheap, the alt. works amazing.

Not sure where you seen the 180 amp. All I found was this 160 amp
