You say you have the rear deck custom 'ported' already. I assume you mean a pass-thru for the sound, but you don't actually mean like a tube port right? In a car with a big trunk like that, I could easily see the trunk acting as a secondary enclosure and creating a quasi-bandpass effect, especially if someone has 'ported' it to the cabin. But I dunno, just guessing here, hard to say whats wrong (if anything) without being there.

yeah they cut out a port in my rear dash, and there is a port on top of my box that tunnels directly to the back of my car. The system sounds great now that the new installer added the the tunnel port. But I notice it doesn't get as low after I pass 22 on my volume. Still sounds great though. Someone tell me how to paste pics and i will show you.
