1995 Tahoe Fiberglass Kickpanels (Pictures)

Well, for my second fiberglass project, I did kicks for my 6500's. They will house the 6.5 and the tweeter.

Not sure If Im going to paint or carpet them. I would rather carpet them because of how hard painting is, but I can not find the unbacked carpet that parts express sells in light gray. If anyone can find it for a reasonable price, please post or PM me.

Does the drivers side one hinder the E-brake pedal at all? when are you gonna sand them down?
The Brake wont go all the way down, maybe 7/8ths of the way. Enough to where it does its job. I dont ever use it though.

 
The emergency brake pedal can, usually, be easily bent in toward the brake pedal few inches This will give a litte more room for kicks and still be functional.

 
I am about to start a set for the same bodystyle truck and was planning to do exactly what you are doing. Those are looking great.
