take the screws out and pry off the panel. pop out the switch panel and there should be a screw under it, and by the door handle. clublexus.com good site, they can help you out

hvnt seen any DIY with pics but its real easy.

i have a 2005, but its probably not that different.

theres four screws along the bottom of the door pannel. one behind the door lock/handle. another one down by the bottom four, where the compartment is. and another by the mirror.

then you can just pop everything off. real easy.

NOTE!

if you've never done it before, make sure you are absolutely careful with removing the door handle/lock cables, they can easily break or bend and then wont work the same or you will just cause extra trouble for yourself.

the first door i did i bent the wire and then the lock wouldnt work. the cable was broken and it kind of affected how the lock works, i found a small way to get it fixed, so its okay now, but still should've been more careful to begin with. so make sure of that, easy way to avoid more hassle work.
